Aggie is a leadership and organisational development consultant, coach and facilitator with over 20 years of leadership and management experience in the higher education and not for profit sectors.
She has led a number of key strategic organisation-wide bespoke leadership development, organisational development, employee engagement and cultural transformation initiatives and programs in three major universities.
Aggie provides support to senior leaders and their teams to meet specific challenges in a highly complex environment. Aggie’s qualifications and professional affiliations reflect her broad range of experience and interests that she brings to her work. She holds a Masters in Coaching Psychology (M.App.Sc), a Graduate Certificate in Arts (Peace and Conflict), and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Social Administration from Flinders University. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI), the International Coach Federation (ICF) and International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), and is accredited in a number of market-leading psychometric tools.
